An evaluation performed will determine your child’s areas of strengths and needs. A complete written report including assessment results informal observations, background information, and recommendations will be provided.

What is a superbill?
A superbill is a way for you to be reimbursed for services from your insurance provider. If you have insurance, but not an accepted insurance by me, then you have the option to receive a form that indicates services completed to send to your insurance provider.
